Unfortunately, I only found out recently that Mike passed away, how very sad.
I met him at my relatives in Iver/Bucks in the mid nineties, where he went for private German lessons. We became acquaintances and met up during his years in Wiesbaden/Germany and my yearly visits to England. I will always remember Mike as a quiet and unassuming person, with a good sense of humour, very helpful and absolutely reliable.
